I'm glad to be getting great support from my church members, although I've tried to keep it on the downlow. But a member came up to me and asked if it was ok to have a discussion about the book at a church meeting. I told him I thought it was ok, but that he should pick 3 subjects to limit the discussion time. Something as general as what was your experience with diversity in the workplace? What do you think?

After the first month, sales were better than expected. Reviews so far are good, although we all know there will be those of a different opinion. What do you think?

It's been a month now since the book came out and the reviews on Amazon are great, five stars. It's time for discussion on the book and any other subjects you care to ask about.
