A church discussion

I'm glad to be getting great support from my church members, although I've tried to keep it on the downlow. But a member came up to me and asked if it was ok to have a discussion about the book at a church meeting. I told him I thought it was ok, but that he should pick 3 subjects to limit the discussion time. Something as general as what was your experience with diversity in the workplace? What do you think?
